All students must meet the physical examination and immunization requirements as outlined by the Illinois Department of Health in order to begin school. Students non-compliant will not be allowed to start classes. Students will not be able to complete the registration process in August without the health forms on file with the Nurse's office. Per Board of Education Policy 7:100: Students transferring into district from other schools in Illinois must meet requirements the day they start school. Students out-of-state or out-of-country, regardless of grade level, have 30 days to meet mandated requirements. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
